Etude Pinto Gris is a delicately delicious wine with a surprisingly pleasing acidity and notes of spice. Aromas of white stone fruit and lime zest float off the surface of the wine. The palate is round and full-bodied, with additional notes of membrillo, white pear, and dried apple. The finish persists, with notes of intriguing spice.
